The study reviews past literature that indicates a key crossover point may occur between the ages of two and three. After children reach three years of age, educational programs such as Blue’s Clues and Sesame Street have been shown to be beneficial to children. Prior to that, television viewing has been associated with attention, reading, and math deficits.
