   The only thing I don’t have is the soundproofing, but my basement has a lot of stuff in it, and the walls are half-wood-half-sheetrock so it gives a nice mellow sound. (I recorded my friend Heidi’s album in there, and it sounds good.)

   I have a 12-track Boehringer mixer instead of the Mackie… quality’s the same, but it cost about $300 less.
