Wii Fit Gets Sweaty Japanese Porn Homage
If you look at the pic on the bottom right you’ll see just a strange amount of sweat. Ass sweat. SFW marginally.
If your work doesn’t outlaw ass sweat.
Harmonix Respond to Konami Lawsuit
“Konami’s actions are extremely surprising. Unfortunately, successful products such as Rock Band can often become targets for baseless litigation.
We have substantial defenses to this claim and intend to vigorously defend it.”
HELL YEAH! I think everyone knows by now that Konami had Guitar Freaks out long before Guitar Hero and Rock Band, they however were never able to bring it to the masses like Harmonix. To Bad, So Sad Konami, now you just sound like a bitch. And to think Metal Gear Solid 4 was such a crowning achievement and now you come back with this. For Shame!
Rock Band 2 standard and premium drums
WTF crazy cymbals and drums that look like cushy bar stools? Do not foresake me Harmonix!
Plurk the new microblogging hotness!
Here’s the new hotness of the moment, Plurk, it’s like Twitter but with some upgrades and changes, like keeping a topic contained to itself. Jump on the new bandwagon and we’ll see where it takes us!
PS3 Game “The Last Guy” Teaser Site Opens
Playstation 3 game “The Last Guy” teaser site opens as expected, and… well… I can’t understand a damn thing they are saying unfortunately. I also scanned through the video and didn’t find any gameplay footage only a brief glimpse of art from the Game Artist Asok Sen. I guess we’ll have to wait for the US site to launch or someone to translate for us what’s going on, all I got now is they work with goats.
360 to get wiimote-esque motion controller
the newton motion controller prototype looks more like a lightsaber to me. SW:TFU anyone?
Good Old Games – GOG.com
Finally in the shit that doesn’t suck department comes Good Old Games. A website devoted to the digital distrobution of games from our past without all that DRM to get in the way. So far there is just the webpage but pricing is listed at $5.99 to $9.99 and they are listed as Windows XP and Vista compatible which thankfully means you won’t have to muck around with compatibility settings. The teaser image shows, Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics, MDK, Operation Flashpoint, Freespace 2, Colin Mcrae Rally 2k5 (“HARD LEFT TURN!”), TOCA Race Driver, Sacrifice and Giants: Citizen Kabuto. If all those games are available on release day that’s a very strong lineup. I hope they are also able to rig some kind of networking ability/lobby for these older games.
The Next Twisted Metal!
After members of Gamefaqs deciphered a secret message in the last Twisted Metal game “Metal is Coming PSTHREE”. Rumors on the interwebs continue to push for an announcement by Sony at E3 about the next game in the Twisted Metal project for the PS3. I for one can’t wait for this announcement nor can many of my THC brethren. Thanks Kotaku
