Create a Foreign PSN Account

Here are instructions for creating a Japanese Playstation Network account, you can use the same steps to also create an account for any other region as well. Basically all you need besides the usual Name/UserID/Password/credit card are a zip code that matches the city & country, examples can be found here:

Now you no longer need to wait to get that region exclusive demo & game, except for Playstation Home which is region locked to the Playstation 3’s hardware region.
