Cheney, Gonzales Indictment

Vice President Dick Cheney and former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales are facing charges of organized crime and prisoner abuse.

Both men have been accused of using their positions to stop an investigation of alleged inmate abuse in a South Texas prison.
