Venice floods, Italians still drink and be merry

Seriously, think about this; if Miami city flooded like this there would be mass hysteria. People would be screaming bloody murder for our government to do something, anything to stop the flood. Now look at Venice, sure it sucks, but it’s not that bad to them.
