So one of the things we've learned is that interruption is a really dangerous idea. The idea that most offices are set up to‚ for interruption‚ they promote interruption by having everybody together all the time. And you can't actually get work done when you're interrupted or you're being interrupted, so that's one thing I'm gonna talk about.
